While creating an auction, a 'Select Product' option is available, allowing you to search and choose from your existing store products. This eliminates the need to re-upload or duplicate items, making the auction setup seamless and efficient. If your product is not visible in the list while creating an auction, it may be because it is not available on the Online Store sales channel, the inventory is less than or equal to 0, or the product status is not set to active. Make sure all these conditions are met. If the product still doesn’t appear, try searching for it by its title—this often helps you locate and select the product to create the auction.

How it works

Step 1: Go to Auction Creation

Navigate to the auction creation section in your app dashboard.

Step 2: Select an Existing Product

Click on the “Select Product” option. A searchable list of your existing store products will appear.

Step 3: Search for the Desired Product

Use the search field to find the product you want to auction by typing its title.

Step 4: Ensure Product Eligibility

If your product doesn’t appear in the list, make sure it meets the following conditions:

• ✅ The product is available on the Online Store sales channel.
• ✅ The inventory is greater than 0.
• ✅ The product status is set to Active.

💡 Tip: If your product still doesn’t appear, try searching by its full title — this often helps you locate it.

Step 5: Finalize Selection

Once the product appears, select it to associate it with your auction.

Step 6: Complete Auction Setup

Continue configuring your auction details (starting price, bid increment, etc.), and publish the auction.
